If your spouse is hiding somewhere then you should call the police. If you know where she is, and she lived here previously with the kids, you should immediately file a petition and ask the court to order her to return the children to Arizona. Do not sit on this. You can and should immediately file a Petition to ask for their return if you believe such to be in their best interests. If you do not object to the relocation, you can and should at least file a Petition seeking appropriate long-distance parenting time.
