So what happens when your ex wife is a lesbian and she is opened about it and living with her girl friend? I am suppose to be paying spousal support until the husbands death, wifes death or wifes remarriage. It says that the remarriage also means living with an unrelated opposite sex person for more then 30 days...

When you refer to "it", are you referring to an existing Order imposing Spousal Maintenance? The existing Order, if any, probably also has a "catch all" phrase when speaking to the termination of support issue that says "or by other order of the court"; meaning, based upon a change of circumstances or for other reasons, the court may modify the existing order.
In any event, you would need to engage the court via a petition to terminate or modify the spousal support. There are other issues to consider that may affect your remedies. Consulting an attorney and given him or her the chance to review the full facts and circumstances of the matter will be your best bet.
