Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

My wife opened a credit account in her name, and another in her name with me as a user. Am I responsible for both of them in a divorce?

You likely would not be responsible for the one that is in her name only and does not allow you to be a signatory or card "user," unless she used family resources to open it or pay for it (e.g. if there is an annual fee). The other one you would share responsibility as it would be considered a marital card; that is, used during the marriage by both spouses for family expenses.
