Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

my wife signed over the house to me and said she was going to leave the house a month a go, but she is still living there and wont leave. the house is under my name now but she is just a coborower on the house,she filed for devorce about a year ago but we never went to court for it, so legaly she is still my wife. my brother is here to visit me and she started to verbaly abuse me and him and said if he comes in the house she calls the police on us, how can i get my house back soon?

You need to file for divorce, and ask for temporary orders, including "exclusive use and possession of the residence".
