Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona
My wife is wanting to get a divorce. During the time we were married i was paying for the house we were renting and all the bills. She says she does not have to pay her half of this because her name was not on the bills. Is this true?

No actually she has it wrong. The law presumes that debts you incurred during the marriage belong to "the community," comprimsed of you and her. Unless she can show that you spent money on a non community purpose(addiction and so on) then it's her ultimate responsibility to pay 1/2.
Once you or she files for divorce, you each are responsible for your own living expenses, and you each are responsible for 1/2 of the community debt which existed on the date of service. She can also make a claim for spousal maintenance to assist her with her needs.
We can certainly help you consider and then pursue your options.
