Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

I was seeing a woman. We were planning on getting married (or so I thought) and were trying to have a child. One day I came home and she said it was over. Two days later she went back to her ex and the next day they were engaged to be married in December. The week leading up to our breakup she was ovulating and I think she may be pregnant. I fear that if she is I could just as easily be the father as her fiance. My question is. What rights would I have in finding out if I am the father either before or after the pregnancy.

I have, for other clients, initiated the discussion even prior to birth. However, we cannot FORCE the issue until the child is born.

We can certainly help you consider and then pursue your options.

One of our attorneys can explain the issues and procedures better in person. As you can imagine, there is too much to cover via email. We offer free 1/2 hour consultations, in which we can discuss your matter in detail.

Please call us directly to discuss the specifics of your matter, or contact my assistant Gloria or my paralegal Jennifer to schedule your free 1/2 hour consultation
