im worried

my ex girlfriend has taking our son out of state without my consent, and currently none of us have custody of him. Is she aloud to take him out of state without my consent or the courts?

Yes she is. I would get a petition for custody filed as soon as possible to try and get custody and parenting time orders in place. If paternity has not been established you will have to do a paternity, custody, parenting time and child support petition.
