Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

Hi! I have written several times, and I thank all who have answered me. I have one more question, it is to clarify what the judge has ordered. July of this year, I was awarded sole legal and sole physical custody. My son's mother is allowed weekend visitations. The order states:.."weekends beginning Friday after school to Sunday evening at 6 p.m." My question is, what is 'after school'? Does that mean she is allowed to pick him up from school, or at the third party's home, ( we were ordered to exchange my son involving a third party as to her extreme anger)? We have fought over this several times. Thank you for any advice given!

Well, the order does not spell it out so it is up to the parties to interpret it. If you can't agree on what this means, you may have to go to Conciliation Court or back to regular court to get the order clarified or modified. Decide what it is that you want - ideally, and the minimum you are willing to settle for, and then see what she proposes or what she will agree to. Best of luck to you!
