Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona
It have been a year since the new parenting schedule has been in effect and our child's grades have dropped plus many qustionable behavior changes have occured and the other party is fully aware of these as well. Just recently I had taken her to a tutoring center and a program has been designed when I asked her father if be able to accomadate and hour out of his two days with her, he asked when will those hours be reimbursed to him rather than he be interested in her acedemic assistance. We are already fifty, fifty in our parenting time and his answer to was for me to do what I needed to do with her on my time.
What should I do?

You have the right to seek a modification to the current orders if you do not believe they are serving the child's best interests. We can certainly help you consider and then pursue your options for modification. This is obviously a very important matter, and you should not go in alone.
One of our attorneys can explain the issues and procedures better in person. As you can imagine, there is too much to cover via email. We offer free 1/2 hour consultations, in which we can discuss your matter in detail.
Please call us directly to discuss the specifics of your matter, or contact my assistant Alicia or my paralegal Jennifer to schedule your free 1/2 hour consultation.
