I have a three year old son. I was never married to his father and we are no longer together. He sees michael for two days every two weeks. My sons father has a history of drug abuse (speed) that i fear is getting out of hand. I am concerned for my son's safety when he is over there. what can i do legally??? I don't want to keep them apart, However i can't afford a lawyer to take it to court. what should i do???

You could file a complaint with CPS indicating concern for the safety of your child. Aside from that, you probably would have to go back to court to change the terms of visitation to, say, supervised or less time or not at all.
Good luck!
You should take steps to protect your child by asking that Father be drug tested, and that he have supervised access until he tests clean for a period of time. If you cannot afford an attorney, go to the courthoouse and use the self-service center.
