Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

i have a three year old son and I am getting married ....I would want my new husband to have full custody of my son if something were to happen to me how do I go about this????

Is the biological Father involved? If not, you could seek to terminate his rights and allow your new Husband to adopt. Otherwise, without Father's agreement, this may not be possible.
