Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

After seven years my son is not mine.

Hello,I am divorced and I had two kids with my ex wife, I now have a child with a new relation ship.I have been back and forth to court just to see my kids,I have been paying child support for the past 4 years and I just found out my 7 year old son is not mine.I took a at home Perturnity Test and it came back 0% I was excluded..I still want to be there for him but I do not feel I shouold have to pay child support(I have no money as it is to pay for my other two kids)and I would like to be taken off the Birth Cert and if possible some money back for all the child support I have paid..She has taken everything from me and it seems she does not get in any trouble or care..CAN YOU PLEASE HELP ME

Thank you for your inquiry. You are actually facing two different issues.

First, if the child is not yours, you have no obligation to pay child support.

Second, if the child is not yours, you may have a difficult time establishing that you should be permitted to continue visitation.

These are completely separate issues, and you should move forward on the child support issue immediately. Any paperwork you file would need to be in the same court/county that your divorce was handled.
