Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Arizona

I bought a boat from someone who is going through divorce. It is not community property since he bought it after she filed for divorce from him. I have the proof. The boat is at her house, I went to get it and she called police. They said I needed to get a court order and come back. I dont know what kind of court order to get. Please help.

If you have the documents that you own the boat and proof that you bought and paid for it, then you will need to file a complaint with the court to get an order to force her to give you the boat. You will need an attorney to help you with this.
