Damage to Property

I live next door to a restaurant. Their parking lot is right next to a wall in my front yard. The wall has obviously been hit by a car (probably one of the patrons of the restuarant) and is cracking and leaning and looks like it will fall down. Who pays for this? Can I get the restaurant to take responsibility?

It is unlikely that the restaurant can be held liable for the actions of its patrons. If you have home owners insurance, this is something that may be covered under the policy.
