eBay Auction Seller / Buyer Agreement

I recently won an eBay auction. Shortly after receiving the confirmation of being the winning bidder, I received notice that the seller had already sold the item to a LOWER bidder.

eBay's policy is to leave feedback about the seller to warn other buyers about the seller's previous transactions. But eBay goes on to suggest depending on my jurisdiction, I may have legal action.

So my question is, in the State of Arizona (seller is in Boston, MA) do I have any legal course of action?

No. AZ does not have jurisdiction of a seller in MA or elsewhere with whom you transacted business only on the eBay site or by Email.
