Juror Requirements
Are prospective jurors required to answer all questions asked on juror questionnaires? If a juror admits to an illegal activity (such as drug usage) on the questionnaire, can it be used against that juror or can the juror be arrested? Does the 5th Amendment apply here?

The Fifth Amendment applies everywhere. It is never a good idea to admit to criminal activity without first having been advised by a competent criminal lawyer. Skip the question if to anwer it would incriminate you. Stand on your 5th amendment rights if questioned further.
