Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Arizona

Motion to compel disclosure

I filed a motion to compel disclosure. After 10 months of asking, sent certified letters, and emails the opposing counsel has not disclosed discovery. The judge filed an order to have the defendant to file his disclouser. Shouldn't the judge order sanctions instead of order to disclouse? Or is it possible that when I filed my motion to compel I didn't order the judge to sanction the opposing counsel?

Re: Motion to compel disclosure

It's very possible that you did not request sanctions in your motion. You should review your motion.
