Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Arizona

I want a newspaper to remove my civil action information from its website. I do not want people to find my civil action information on the internet. The newspaper says it is a legal requirement to upload the information to its website.

What should I do?

Civil actions are generally public record, unless a court decides on its own motion or agrees to "seal" them. This usually only happens with juvenile offender matters. I don't know that it is a legal requirement for a newspaper to put such information on its website, but they have every right to do so.
