we, own a trailer in mesa,arizon. we live in washington state. We called a service man to our trailer to have somework done on unit. He calls with question,''are you renting out your trailer because some body is living in it''.We said we are not renting, please call police to get off our property and call park management.This unit is located in a retirement park. We rent this space by the year from the mesa regal park. The police arrested person . Person come back next day to pick up personal items. Person leaves some items behind. Park management removes items that belong to person and holds in storage for person to pick up,but park says person needs to pay for the utility bill. Person broke in and lived there for two months. Person never came back to pick up personal belongs. Park gives away items.Park kept items over six months. Now this person has filed a civil suite against us, for his personal belongs to the tune of 9,900. What do we do. Does he have a leg to stand on?

I'd know the answer if this had happened in Washington State but your text indicates it happened in Arizona. Please go get a lawyer there that understands landlord/tenant/trespasser law as it is practiced in Arizona. Elizabeth
