Property damages

I would like to sue for property d amages by a neighbors neglect .by moveing a old mobil home with out useing axels or wheels .All the bults ,nails,stapdls, losen the siding and allowing the siding to come off ezer and the wind blows the sideing all over the nabernoud . a4x8 ft. pice damages my truck . Ware and how can i find legal research and case law about this,? Thanks --

Re: Property damages

No case law is required. If one person damages the property of another through negligence, a simple Complaint reciting the circumstances of the wrongful act and the economic loss which resulted is sufficient.
