Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Arizona

I recently settled a lawsuit with Chase bank and was to pay $400 per month per the agreement. I never received the info on when to begin making the payments and a judgement was just ordered. Is there anything I can do to reinstate the settlement ?

Contact the attorney's office to discuss the payment plan. Since a judgment has been entered, it would be in your interest to set up a plan before a garnishment is requested.
