Legal Question in Health Care Law in Arizona
I was injured at work, it was covered under workman's comp. My boss has been doing everything in the world to make me quit. He was havong me work 7 days a week, it was affecting my health. I was able to go into work at a later time, so I looked for other employment. My boss had humiliated me in front of my staff, I'm a Dietary Manager in a nursing home. He yelled at me at a meeting with other manager were attending. Anyway I found other employment, but the day I gave him my notice he called me down to his office and told me that my services were no longer needed, I said so are you terming me, and he said you wrote the notice you termed yourself. My question is, am I still covered for my injury, or did he just win all the way around.

You should be covered by workmen's compensation for the treatment of your injuries regardless of whether you quit or were let go, so long as you did not leave that job because you were somehow at fault in causing or contributing to the injury.
