Legal Question in Immigration Law in Arizona
I am a 23 year old college student and I lived in the United States since I was 13 years old. I attended high school here and I am wondering if I can get a green card since I lived here for more than 10 years. I always entered the United States with a F1 visa and my record is clean without a parking ticket even. Please help me with an answer.

I would recommend that you arrange for a consultation with an Arizona attorney who handles immigration matters and who should be able to advise you regarding the specific facts that may apply to your particular situation and a reasonable course of action, perhaps, for you to pursue.
