Advanced Parole

Hi,

My wife came here on a K1-Visa, we

applied for her AOS, but we also

applied for her Advanced Parole.

She did not go back home, and is

still in the state. Is her AOS in a

suspended state? If so what can

we do to continue the process?

You don't give dates as to when you filed, but it sounds as though the AOS is still pending. Please email my office if you want to ask with more detailed information. Thanks.
