Legal Question in Immigration Law in Arizona
I am aiming to obtain a waiver of grounds of inadmissablity - so as to be eligible to obtain US citizenship. My offense (false claim to us citizenship) occurred in 1989. What specific waiver(s) would be applicable?
I am aware of the 237 (a) (1) (H) and I -601, but suspect there may be a better waiver for my circumstances.
I am aiming to hire a lawyer
