Hi,

I have been been with my lover for 2 whole years, and I love him with everything that I have. But, he is non-citizen from Mexico. He is only here on a passport. I want to marry him, because his such a great person my family adores him so much, I just want to know what kind of steps do we have to take to marriage and him to be able to be work and be a citizen? What offices do we have to go to? I live in Az. I am a U.S Citizen (Native American); please answer promtly! thanku

Everything depends on what is his current status and if he entered the country legally with inspection and admission. You need to consult an immigration attorney to evaluate your case. You boyfriend may be able to legalize after you get married, or may be not. It depends on too many factors.
