Legal Question in Immigration Law in Arizona

Aplying for a visa without living the country

How can I get a visa if I entered in an illegal way to the usa, and I got married a citizen, I'm not interested in citizenship or benefits, I just want to be able to live with my husband and travel (he has to travel for his PHD)with him, but also I don't want to leave the country between 3 to 10 years. Is some way that I can get help?

Hi,

We handle many similar cases and in order to advice you best, I will need to know when you entered the US in the first time and if any immigration petitions were ever filed for you. It might make a difference in the strategy to use in your matter.

Feel free to call me at your convenience for a free consultation.

there is a possible way depending on the circumstances. I would reccomend that you speak with an attorney because you may end up requiring a waiver if you are married to a UNited States Citizen.
