Legal Question in Immigration Law in Arizona
Hi i am a born citizen of the U.S. i put in a petition for my husband that came to the U.S. illegally at the age of 14 an has been here since more than ten years clean record our first appointment was last year in december 1 2008 was denied second appointment was this year in july was approved for a waiver and was given a appointment for september and we went paid the fine and then given a paper that he didnt have enough evidence and was going to get the final answer in 15 month i dont know what to do he have a 2 year old son and a 8 month old baby girl ive been in mexico with him since december of last year only coming back to phoenix in march to have my baby and then whent right back to mexico life is hard there for all of us money wise health wise he is the head of our house hold since the very begining i need him here in the U.S with me and my babies that deserve to be in their country please help me 15 months is a long time please help us
