Legal Question in Immigration Law in Arizona
As a Canadian citizen I own a business in the USA, can I legally operate the business with an ITIN and and EIN (Fed ID #)?

Yes if you have a valid visa to work in the U.S you can do so under a TN visa (special one for canadians). Or an H-1B; there are other viable visas.
