I am not sure which papers relating to your citizenship you are talking about. If it the application and related documents you filed, you should file a request for a copy of your file under the Freedom of Information Act to obtain your immigration file. However, these requests can take up to and over a year.
If you are talking about your certificate of naturalization, you should make an appointment at your local CIS office to inquire about obtaining a copy.
Best Wishes!
