Legal Question in Immigration Law in Arizona
Deportation questions
We know of four families that came to Arizona on a work visa that expired several years ago. One of the families went to a lawyer and got a sponsorship from a sister (this will supposedly take 8-10 years to take effect?!?)
What can my family, as U.S. citizens, do to help this group of hard-working people to not get deported - can we sponsor them, can they apply for citizenship, what is the best bet?

Re: Deportation questions
If you have a business you can sponsor them for employment based green card.
