Legal Question in Immigration Law in Arizona
Disabled Canadian marrying disabled American
I have a disabled fiancee from Canada here with me. Border gards gave him a 6 month B-2 visa, but gave us no copies or proof of such. I have forms I-130, I-131, I-824, I-485.
I called the American border crossing in Port Huron for records or reffernce number and was told there is no such infor to send me. How do I submit proof of his legaly being here for the forms. We are to be married in 8 weeks. I cannot also find any information as to whethor or not our both being disabled can affect this proccess.
Any advice or info would be helpful.
Thank you

You can submit an application for replacement of his arrival document with CIS.

Canadians entering without inspection may still apply to adjust from within the USA. Please include copy of Canadian birth certificate or naturalization certificate. For further information, please contact [email protected]
