Filing for permanent resident
My wife became a U.S. Citizen about 5 month ago. Right now I only have a U.S. work permit since 1999. Do you think she can file for permanent resident for me?

YES...definitely. How did you get the work permit? If you had a previous case...you are in appeal...your old case needs to be re-opened.
