Legal Question in Immigration Law in Arizona
FLMA for serious illness
I have an intermittent fmla for serious migraines, I was given a warning for suspicious absences. I only work three days a week, if I take two days its the whole week. They are requiring me to bring a physicians note for each absents. Is that allowed?
