Legal Question in Immigration Law in Arizona

Green Card Labor from different state...

Hi,

I am from Arizona and my company has offices in many other states. They have approved labor from some other state with the exact same skill set. Can I use that labor certificate for speed up my green card process.

Don,

The question is not whether they have the labor approved (the answer to that is yes it can be used). But more importantly, is there still a job offer for your position, and will you in fact be working, at the location where the labor certification is approved.
