my boyfriend and I have been together for 8 years we have 2 children. He is here illegally and has no papers at all. we would love to be married and not have to worry about our family being separated. what can we do to legalize him being in this country?

He'll likely have to return to his home country after your spouse petition is approved and apply for a waiver of his unlawful presence in the U.S.
The waiver is based on potential extreme hardship to the U.S. citizen should the couple be separated.
