hi,
I have accepted the company offer letter & provide $2000 check for visa transfer fee but they didnot process my visa and denied to return the amount..what action I can take against them..

It is unclear who you paid for this visa (H-1B?). Was it the employer or the attorney?
An employer cannot take money from an individual in exchange for a visa or a greencard. Moreover, an employer cannot charge a prospective employee for "sponsoring" them. You can sue them in small claims court to recoup the money they might owe you & report them to USCIS.
If you paid an attorney who failed to file your case, you can take him/her to small claims court as well, & also report them to the State Bar.
