Legal Question in Immigration Law in Arizona
My husband and I are going on a cruise in a month. I have a valid Green Card and Passport from the country I was born in. I have changed my last name to his since we were married, but I have not updated my Green Card to my new last name yet. All other forms of documentation show my married last name. Will I be denied entering on the cruise since my Green Card shows my maiden name? Can I prove my last name changed with our marriage certificate?

You should probably eventually get your green card changed to reflect your name change. This can be done by filing Form I-90. To be safe, you should travel with your marriage certificate along with any other form of identification showing your name change.
