Legal Question in Immigration Law in Arizona
my husbands I-130 was approved in 2003. we haven't continued with the process because i have heard he will get the 10 year bar on him . the last time he entered u.s. illegally was in 2002. has not left u.s. since. we have 2 children together. i am a u.s. citizen. have been married to him for 10 years. i suffer from chronic diseases. what can i do so that he does not get barred for 10 years.
