Legal Question in Immigration Law in Arizona
I-140
I have my Perm approved. I'd like to interview in my home country to adjust my status because my other family members are still living in my home country. Do I need to file I-485 as well or only I-140?

Re: I-140
Dear Madam/Sir:
The I-485 is only used if you want to "adjust status" within the US. If you have decided to apply for an immigrant visa based on your approved I-140, then you do not file an I-485.
