illegal immigrant looking for a work visa

i was brought to the US, on a tourist visa about 10 years ago when i was about 14 from mexico. we overstayed the visa. and have lived here since, i got into college after high school, studied Motion Picture Production. now there is a film company wanting to hire me as a cinematographer.

is there a way for me to get a work visa, or is there no way?they are willing to do any paperwork necessary for me to be able to work here.

Did you or your parents ever apply for any immigration benefit or were beneficiaries of any visa petition filed before April 30, 2001. If that is the case, then you may be "grandfathered" under section 245(i) of the INA and may qualify to now be the beneficiary of an employment petition. If that was not the case, then, since you have overstayed your visa by many years, you would not be eligible to adjust status through an employment petition, according to the facts you have provided us. If you have proof of your legal entry, you may be eligible to adjust status through a close US Citizen family member (parents, spouse, etc.), even if you overstayed.
