right illegal immigrants have
i just had a child with an illegal immigrant and he want to press charge against me for visitational right? do illegal immigrants have the same legal right as an american citizen

He has the same rights as any father would have. His status has nothing to do with that. On the other hand, if he is illegal, he may be subject to deportation. If he is deported, you would have a very difficult time enforcing child support payments because he would be outside of the jurisdiction of the United States. With regard to pressing charges against you for visitation rights, he can do that because it is his child. Didn't you think of this before you had the baby?
