I am sorry to hear that your wife left you. I am not sure whether she has filed for a divorce or there are other issues that are causing you to think that perhaps having her deported would be justice. When relationships end there are often aspects of the relationship which need to reach a conclusion through the courts. The critical questions which you should explore at the moment is how to bring your relationship to a final conclusion in the courts. If you would like to address that issue, please feel free to contact Stephanie Coulter of this office at 602 462 1004 to arrange a time for us to discuss your situation and appropriate solutions.
