If I marry someone from Jamaica and he is on a work VISA that ends on June 30 if he does not get a work permit would he have to leave even though we are married?

Re: If I marry someone from Jamaica
Assuming you are a United States citizen, you may plan so that he is able to file for adjustment of status (the greencard) and perhaps not have work disruptions. If you would like to set a time to discuss the situation further please contact my office to set a time to do so.
Re: If I marry someone from Jamaica
If he marries you and you are a US citizen, he may apply for permanent residence in the U.S. and stay in the US while it is being processed.
