No, no, no. You don't need to go to Morin, okay? Find out about the status of your application. If it has been over 1 year since your interview, it is obvious you will need new fingerprints. Find out if there is any problem with your case. If you can discern nothing from your inquiries, and you don't get another fingerprint notice, then take your case to the U.S. District Court and file a writ of mandamus to compel the DHS to decide your case and give you an oath. good luck.
