Legal Question in Immigration Law in Arizona

Options for a layed off with an L1 visa

I just got layed off of my job.

I have an L1 Visa and a Laser Visa

Employer hired an attorney for my to apply for green card, but this will not happen any more, and I am about to get the results of the medical examinations.

What are my options:

Can I still apply for the green card without a job ?

Can I stay in the USA ?

Dear Inquirer:

You may wish to seek new employment and try and obtain an employer who could sponsor you for an H-1B visa, or perhaps pursue your own business opportunity through an E visa, depending on your country of origin.

I recommend that you email [email protected] or visit www.hanlonlawgroup.com if you would like to schedule an appointment for a confidential consultation to discuss this matter further.
