Legal Question in Immigration Law in Arizona
I am a permanent residence and have been in-out the country for the last 5 years with the total of 618 days, April 2014-April 2009 for 8 trips and each trip had not been over 180 days, However, if counted by year would be over in 2009 and 2010. Am I eligible to apply for the citizenship in April 2014?
Regards,
SC

As long as you were present in the U.S. at least 912 days in the past 5 years, then you should be fine. See: www.uscis.gov/us-citizenship/citizenship-through-naturalization
