Legal Question in Immigration Law in Arizona
If a person who is in the United states illegally has had a state ID in someone elses name using their social security number will they still be able to get their residency and apply for their green card as long as they meet all eligibilty requirements,

There is fraud involved and it would depend exactly what type of petition and whether a Waiver would be necessary.
