Legal Question in Immigration Law in Arizona
previous arrest
I'm in the process of applying for my citizenship. I'm using form N-400 and my question is about part 10. I was arrested in May of 1999 for assault in a bar fight. No charges are ever filed and I was released on my own recognizance. In the application they ask for documentation that indicates the results of my arrest. I have called the court and the police department and nobody can provide me with any kind of document that state the requested. What should I send with the application?

Our offices usually submit a disposition from the Court.
