Legal Question in Immigration Law in Arizona
I received a ticket for MIP (Minor in Possession of alcohol) in 2006 and the court offered me a diversion program where I finished a class and the charges were dismissed. I am currently filling up my DS-160 for visa purposes (A non-immigrant form to process US visa) and wanted to know if I should say yes or no to this question -
"Have you ever been arrested or convicted for any
offense or crime, even though subject of a
pardon, amnesty, or other similar action?"
Any input would be appreciated!

Always answer all immigration questions truthfully. You have room to explain the situation so I would do so.
